Return Policy for Bawamegastore:

Returns for any order are accepted only if reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with the original proof of purchase receipt sent to you via email at the time of purchase.
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Gather Your Items: Take pictures of the items you wish to return as proof to share with our customer care team.
Locate Your Receipt: Find the receipt sent to you via email, containing the original order number. Order confirmations and receipts are automatically generated by our system and sent to the email provided by the customer during the checkout process on our website.
Initiate a Return Request: Visit Bawamegastore's website and initiate a return request by providing your order details matching your name, email address, and phone number. Include your reason for return and provide proof of your claim, such as pictures or videos.
Review by Customer Care Team: Our customer care team will review your request and contact you if it is found to be genuine and eligible for return.
Reshipment: If the customer support team approves your case, kindly reship the item back to us using any courier service.
Exchange or Store Credit: After reviewing the nature of the complaint, we may offer you an exchange or store credit of equal or lesser value, with a validity date for the credit.
Coverage: Approved return applications cover only the price of the article(s) and do not include shipping and/or stitching costs.

Exchange Policy for Bawamegastore:

Items purchased from our online store can be exchanged through courier. Bawamegastore allows its customers to exchange purchased items subject to the following conditions:
The customer must submit a request for exchange (via email, phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp) within 7 working days of receiving the purchased item.
The customer must state the reason(s) for wishing to exchange the item in their exchange request.
The item must be in its original packaging with the price tag intact.
The original invoice of the item to be exchanged must be sent along with the item.
The item must be free from emits, odors, perfume scents, stains, or any signs of use or washing.
Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. If an item purchased at the regular price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the sale price.
Bawamegastore reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept or deny the request for exchange.
Upon acceptance of the request for exchange, the customer will be notified by our customer service.
Damage & Claims: The exchange of damaged item(s) will be allowed if the received item(s) has any manufacturing defect, wrong size, or wrong item shipped. The complaint must be raised within 2 working days along with the paper invoice (via call, message, or email) after receiving the parcel. Please allow one week for the processing of damage and claims.
